Settlement reached in civil suit against Scruggs-The Clarion Ledger:
OXFORD — Oxford attorney Grady Tollison says a settlement has been reached in the civil lawsuit that erupted in a high profile bribery scheme and led to the downfall of famed plaintiffs lawyer Richard “Dickie” Scruggs and several associates.
Tollison did not disclose terms of the agreement.
